- Method:
- 1)Boil the eggs and cut into half pieces.
- 2)Nicely spread pepper powder on the eggs and keep aside.
- 3)In a bowl mix besan flour along with kaayam,chilli,turmeric powder and salt.
- 4)Take the egg and dip in mixed flour and deep fry...
- Serve hot with tea..!!!
