Kheema Pasta simple recipe


Ingredients:



  1. Pasta - 2 cups
  2. Kheema - 1 cup  (Any ground meat like ground chicken  or beef. For vegetarian version, soya granules can be used)
  3. Onion - 1 (Finely chopped)
  4. Ginger - Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  5. Tomato puree/ Tomato sauce - 2 tblsp
  6. Garam Masala - 1tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  8. Red chilli powder-2 tsp
  9. Butter/ Oil - 1 tblsp
  10. Salt - as needed


Method


1. Bring a big potful of water to boil. Add little salt to it and add the pasta. Let it cook according to the package instructions.and drain water and keep aside.

2.  In the mean time, heat the oil in a pan, add the kheema with salt and let it cook for 5 minutes until the meat is cooked or can pressure cook it.
3. Take oil in another pan.Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Add tomato puree and add  turmeric powder,Red chilli powder and garam masala.
5. After 2 minutes add required salt and add cooked kheema let it cook for few minutes together.
6. Finally add the cooked pasta and toss everything together You can add some shredded cheese while tossing the pasta.

Serve as hot with tomato ketup ..
