Avocado Milk Shake






Avocado is a healthy and tasty fruit which lowers cholesterol level.This recipe is very easy if you have avocado fruit and some milk.. Kids will love this shake.. Do try this healthy recipe. Enjoy and cool.....



Ingredients:
  1. Avocado ( butter fruit in India)-1 ripe 
  2. sugar -3 tbsp
  3. cold milk -1 cup
  4. cold water -1 cup


Method:

  1. Take a blender and put all the ingredients.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth and of pouring consistency. 
  3. Adjust sugar to your preference and if too thick, add more milk. 
  4. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
