- Chicken - 500gms boneless chicken
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Onions - 3
- Green chillies - 4 or 5 nos
- Soya sauce - 2tsp
- Capsicum - 1 chopped
- Turmeric Pwd - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli pwd - 2 tbsp
- Cornflour - 3tbsp
- Vinegar - 1tsp
- Tomato ketchup - 2tsp
- Coriander leaves - Few
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying.
Method:
- Clean the chicken
- Make a paste with 2tbsp cornflour and water.
- Add half the ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Marinate chicken with this mixture for 20 minutes.
- Chop the onions into cube like pieces and slit the green chillies
- Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken pieces. Drain excess oil and keep it aside.
- Add the rest of the ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Add in onion and saute well.
- Add in capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Mix 1 tbsp of the cornflour with water and add to the chicken. Mix well. Boil till it thickens.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves . Enjoy with maida porotta..
