Dosa Recipe | How to make tasty and crispy dosa

Ingredients:



  • Raw rice                    - 3/4 cup
  •  Urad dal                   -1/4 cup
  •  Fenugreek seeds     - 5 to 7 nos
  • Ghee for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:






  1. Wash the urad dal, raw rice and fenugreek seeds. Soak in a little water atleast 8 hours or full night.
  2. Grind to a smooth paste with a little water. Cover and keep aside for at least 6 hours. 
  3. Add salt and mix well.




4.Heat a non-stick tava and grease lightly with ghee. 
5.When hot, pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter and cook on one side.


6.Pour a little ghee along the edges while cooking. When crispy  serve it with sambar, cocunut chutney.








7.Repeat for the remaining batter.
