Semiya Upma/ Vermicelli Upma



Another variety of semiya.. I tried and tested for my dinner... It was a great succes. I m sharing my recipe with you. It is a simple method... taste is very good... Try it today




Ingredients:


  1. Semiya/Vermicelli-2 cup( crushed )
  2. Onion-1 sliced
  3. Dried red chillies-2,3
  4. Mustard seeds-1 tsp
  5. Salt as required
  6. Water as required
  7. Ghee-2 tbsp


and





Method:
  1. Heat Ghee in a pan
  2. Roast Vermicelli .(for 1 min ) on medium flame.and set aside.
  3. Heat ghee in the same pan add mustard seeds
  4. Then add onion and saute
  5. When it is transparent
  6. Add in Dried red chillies
  7. Add in Water into it
  8. Add in Salt into it
  9. When water get boiled add in vermicelli slowly and stir well.
  10. Stir it sometimes util water gets evaporated.
  11. Semiya upma is ready...
  12. Serve as hot..... Really tasty.. believe me..

Add in Salt


When water get boiled add in vermicelli slowly and stir well.


Stir it sometimes util water gets evaporated.


Semiya upma is ready...


Serve as hot..... Really tasty.. believe me..
