Pepper Chicken Roast





Ingredients:

For marination:

Chicken-1/2 kg Boneless and cut into bite size pieces
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Salt-to taste
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Vinegar-1 tsp

For making pepper chicken roast:



  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger (chopped)- 2tbsp
  • Garlic(chopped)-1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves- 3 to 4 sprigs
  • Green Chillies-3 or 4
  • Capsicum-1 medium sized
  • Tomato-1 ChoppedSoya sauce
  • Onion sliced-2 big
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut oil as required
  • Coriander powder- 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder-1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1 tsp
  • Water



For Garnishing:

  • Onion rings-For garnishing.
  • Coriander leaves-For garnishing


Method:

Mix the things given for marinating and leave for 5 min.Then fry in oil till golden brown and set it aside.


In a pan add oil and deep fry marinated chicken cubes.


Drop it into a paper towel to remove excess oil in it.and set aside.
Making pepper chicken roast:
Heat oil in a large  frying pan,

Saute ginger and garlic 


Add in onion. And saute well.

.Add in salt as needed



Add green chillies and capsicum

Add in chopped tomato




When it become golden brown add curry leaves and soya sauce.



We will get a nice aroma .Now add all powders..



Now add the fried chicken pieces and saute on a medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until it is almost dry.(if you prefer dry fry ,cook for another 5 to  minutes until it is completely dry.)



Serve with Porotta,Chappathi, rice,appam,dosa or puttu.ENJOY!!!
