Gobi manchurian | Cauliflower manchurian



Hi all,
Here is an another recipe with cauliflower.Its not the real gobi manchurian.. Normally gobi manchurian is made by deep frying cauliflower florets with corn flour,all purpose flour etc etc...
But here I only stir fry it with sweet and sour sauces..
yummy dish.. Take a look...




Ingredients:


  • Gobi / Cauliflower                      - 1 large
  • Oil                                            - for deep frying
  • Ginger minced                           - 1 tsp
  • Garlic minced                            - 2 tsp
  • Onion                                       - 2
  • Capsicum                                  - 1 diced
  • Soy sauce                                - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup                        - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli Powder                        - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper pwd                              - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:


 Clean and slice the cauliflower to small florets.
Chop the onions and capsicum into 2” pieces.
Marinate florets with salt,soya sauce and tomato ketchup.
Heat the oil and stir fry the florets. keep it aside..


Heat oil in another pan.
Add the minced ginger garlic  and fry.
Add chopped onions and capsicum .saute them.


Add the florets, soya sauce, , ketchup, salt red chilli powder and pepper.

Mix well.
Cook for sometime.

Gobi manjurian is ready to serve enjoy...
