In fact, people who eat nuts at least twice a week are less likely to gain weight than those who almost never eat nuts. So munch your peanuts without any fear at least twice a week. Hurray!! Now I'll munch even more than before..I love peanuts!!!!!

Spicy Roasted Peanuts

Simple Black Chickpea Salad
Ingredients:
- Black chickpeas - 2 cups
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Red chilli pwdr -1 tsp(can also use red chilli flakes)
- Chat masala - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Soya sauce -1/2 tsp(optional)
Method:
- Soak chick peas over night or for 8 hours..
- Boil chickpeas until cooked and drain water from it.
- Take a wide vessel put onion (chopped),salt ,chat masala,,red chilli pwdr and soya sauce.Mix well..
- Then add cooked chickpeas..
- Salad is ready It is a simple method to make chick peas salad try it taste is good n spicy.
- Serve with ketchup.
