Ingredients:
- Egg boiled -2
- Onion - 2nos
- Green chilies- 2 nos
- Ginger- 1" piece
- Garlic- 4 cloves
- Curry leaves- 1 sprig
- Tomato chopped- 1 small
- Red chili powder- 1 to 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
- Fennel powder-1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil- as required
Method:
- Wash and deshell eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute crushed ginger and garlic. Then add chopped onions till golden brown and add all other ingredients.
- Add chopped tomato and the curry leaves into it.Stir for a minute.
- Add the cooked egg and salt into the above mixture.
- Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot with rice,Chappathi...
