Scrambled Egg Masala



Ingredients:


  1. Egg- 2
  2. Onion- 1 choped finely
  3. Tomato-choped
  4. Green chilly,cut length- wise – 3
  5. Curry leaves – a sprig
  6. Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
  8. Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt – as required
  11. Oil-2 tbsp
  12. cilantro/malliyila -few


Method:


  1. Heat oil in a pan and put Onion ,Green chilli .
  2. When the onion turns golden brown in color add the tomato.Saute for 2 min.
  3. Add the powders and stir for a minute.
  4. Add the eggs  and scramble it well.
  5. Serve it garnished with cilantro.
  6. Enjoy with chappathi as a filling.. Yummy... I love it.. :)
