Apple Milk Shake





Apple Milk Shake is a healthy beverage, good way to cool off in summers. Learn how to make/prepare Apple Milkshake by following this easy recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Apple                -1 medium size
  2. Sugar                 -2 tbsp
  3. Boost or horlics  -2 tsp
  4. Cold Milk           -1 cup
  5. Water as needed.


Method:

Peel apples and remove seeds.
Cut them into small pieces.
Take all ingredients into a blender 




Blend for 2 ,3 minutes.

Pour it into a glass and serve as cold. Cheers !!!
